Chapter Leader
Meet the Omaha Chapter Leader
David Slobotski
I started in sales at 12 years old, cold calling to sell newspaper subscriptions. By 16, I was already leading and managing teams—an early start that sparked my lifelong focus on growth, development, and learning by doing. As my career progressed, I discovered a natural ability to connect with people and drive performance. That strength propelled me into leadership, where I built and managed sales teams with a focus on accountability and execution. Under my leadership, revenue grew by 37%, and in my final year, the team hit $22 million in annual sales—the highest in company history. Later, I joined a company in the midst of implementing EOS®. It was there that I was introduced to Traction®, a book that transformed my view of leadership and business. Inspired by the clarity and discipline of the EOS system, I went on to help 83 entrepreneurial leadership teams implement EOS in their companies. Seeing those business owners reach their full potential reignited my entrepreneurial drive and deepened my passion for building strong, scalable organizations. Today, I leverage that experience to help leadership teams align on vision, gain traction, and build healthier businesses—because I know firsthand how powerful it is when the right tools meet the right people.
