Jason Clubb
Jason has been helping growth-oriented companies achieve desired financial and operational results for over 20 years. As CFO/COO for companies in the real estate, professional services, and manufacturing industries he led significant change initiatives across all functional areas of each business and became an expert “decomplexifier” – developing a keen ability to root out unnecessary complexity, focus on what matters most, and achieve more through simplification. In addition to his relentless focus on execution, Jason is also a visionary and entrepreneur who has founded/co-founded several businesses. For the past seven years, Jason has focused 100% of his time helping entrepreneurial business owners run better businesses and live better lives as a Certified EOS Implementer. While enjoying much success, Jason has also dealt with his share of failure and challenges including two unsuccessful business ventures and a life-altering health crisis with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. As a result of these formative experiences, Jason has a unique ability to bring an element of fun, joy, determination, and optimism to even the most challenging business and personal issues that his clients may face.
