Paul Wieland is an accomplished CEO, and member of the TRUE Integrator™ community, with decades of international business experience. He is focused on ensuring communication and alignment of strategic vision, optimizing team structure, fostering vulnerability, trust and accountability in leadership teams, and systemizing operations for maximum impact.

In 2016, after eight years running his landscaping and construction company, Nathan Beene discovered Traction and worked with a professional EOS Implementer—an experience that transformed his business and life. Within two years, he turned losses into growth, built a strong team, and regained freedom as an entrepreneur. Inspired by that transformation, he became a Professional EOS Implementer to help other business owners achieve the same results. Having lived the challenges of entrepreneurship firsthand, he now guides leaders through the EOS Process® to gain clarity, build healthier teams, and get what they want from their businesses.
