Testimonials

Learning and Growing

The ENRG group has been a wonderful addition to our business Ecosystem. Running our tech incubator and coaching teams, I am always looking for tools to help startups and companies scale and ways to connect with other business leaders. ENRG provides both the WHOs and HOWs. The EOS system is a proven system for growth, and I refer all my clients to the ENGR meeting to learn about it.

Rick Miller, CEO Pro356 Consulting

Because of ENRG I'm now under the guidance of EOS with an Implementer, my construction business is undergoing a remarkable transformation. We're not only addressing immediate issues with precision but also consistently making strides toward ongoing improvement. EOS has become an integral part of our operational DNA, propelling us forward in the most efficient and effective manner.

Chad Ammons Ammons and Blackmon

From its humble beginnings as an idea from a Clarity Break to find likeminded business professionals who were leading their business with EOS, ENRG (Entrepreneurial Networking Resource Group) has become a regionally known group with two chapters that provides a support system for organizations in South Alabama.

FAQ's

ENRG is dedicated to helping business leaders implement and optimize EOS® in their organizations. Below, you’ll find answers to some common questions about our community, meetings, and how to get involved.

ENRG is open to small business leaders who are curious about, interested in, using EOS® or E-Leap™ in their businesses.

Small Business Leaders Means:

  • Entrepreneur (Visionary/CEO)
  • Integrator (Second in Command/#2 Leader)
  • EOS Implementer™
  • Expert (Sponsor)

ENRG meetings follow a structured format inspired by EOS® principles. Each session includes check-ins, discussions on key business metrics (Scorecard, Rocks, and To-Do lists), and a deep dive into EOS® tools. The primary focus is problem-solving through the IDS™ (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process, allowing members to gain insights and actionable takeaways to improve their businesses.

Leaders who start a chapter receive support from ENRG, including marketing materials, branding, and guidance on structuring meetings. Chapters help connect local businesses, provide a platform for shared learning, and create valuable relationships within the EOS® community. If you're interested, visit the Start a Chapter page to begin the process!
