Jennifer Forte

It was through the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) that Jennifer was able to transform her business; creating the clarity, accountability, and profitability they needed. Now, she is passionate about empowering other entrepreneurs who feel a lack of control, vision, or clarity in their businesses, to build a clear path to profitable growth and the freedom they desire.

Jennifer Forte is a Professional EOS Implementer who brings two decades of real-world experience to her role. As the Integrator and Chief Accountability Officer for a family-owned group dental practice, she was instrumental in scaling the business from one small practice to six locations and over 100 employees, all while raising her family. She understands firsthand the frustration of achieving top-line growth without the operational discipline or clarity to ensure that more revenue actually leads to more profit and a stronger business.

Gena Graziano

Gena brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, small business operations, and organizational leadership. An Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and New Jersey State Notary Public, she is known for her meticulous organization, strategic thinking, and commitment to exceptional client service.

As Chief of Staff, Onboarding Specialist, and Integrator at First Steps Financial, Gena combines financial expertise with operational excellence to support the firm’s growth and ensure a smooth, consistent client experience. She has been serving as Integrator for the past three years—after performing in the role for several years before it became official—and leads the firm’s weekly L10 meetings, as well as quarterly and annual planning sessions. She is recognized for running efficient, well-structured meetings, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring every voice is heard.

Gena’s ability to connect strategic vision with day-to-day execution makes her a key driver of organizational clarity and client success.
