I was born and raised in Canada to immigrant parents who taught me the value of hard work, faith, and perseverance. In 2009, I packed up and moved to California to start a Soccer Shots franchise—armed with optimism, determination, and not much else. What began as a passion for working with kids quickly grew into a business that touched thousands of families across the U.S. and Hawaii. But success came with a cost. I was overwhelmed—juggling growth, people, and five young kids at home—wondering if the business I built was running me instead of the other way around. Then I discovered Traction®. Implementing EOS® didn’t just change my company—it changed me. It gave me clarity, balance, and confidence as a leader. It helped me build a business that served my life, not consumed it. That transformation sparked something I couldn’t ignore: the desire to help other entrepreneurs experience the same freedom. Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer®, keynote speaker, and EO sponsor, I work with franchise owners, family businesses, and purpose-driven leaders who want more than growth—they want peace of mind. I bring energy, empathy, and real-world experience to every session, helping clients simplify systems, strengthen teams, and rediscover their “why.” Based in Southern California and Oahu, I’m fueled by coffee, sunsets, travel, the beach, and cheering for LAFC. When I’m not helping leaders gain Traction®, I’m raising five kids, mentoring entrepreneurs, and living proof that clarity really can change everything.
