Rob Betzel
Rob Betzel is a passionate entrepreneur, founding Infinity Network Solutions when he was 24 years old. During his journey with Infinity, Rob was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) and came to understand how to identify great people for the team, how to hire and successfully onboard employees, and how to engage them with clear vision and goals. After serving as Infinity’s CEO for over 19 years and leading the company to the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list (3 times!), he sold the company and focused his energy on supporting the entrepreneurial community. He now helps entrepreneurs get what they want from their business as a Certified EOS Implementer®.
Matthew Michael
Matthew Michael has 20+ years’ experience in developing and deploying marketing strategies and 15+ years’ experience in creating healthy workplace cultures, managing HR, and overseeing operational management and growth as a marketing agency co-founder. Matthew has launched 3 businesses over his career, including M&R Marketing, a full-service marketing agency that is a 2x recipient of the Inc. 5000 award for the U.S.’s fastest growing privately owned companies. Matthew has served as an adjunct marketing professor at Mercer Unversity since 2020 and holds multiple volunteer leadership roles for non-profits. He loves the outdoors and is an avid trail runner, with several ultra marathon completions, including the Forgotten Florida 100 and a single-day, 48-mile double traverse of the Grand Canyon, known as the Rim to Rim to Rim run. He lives in Macon, GA with his wife of 20+ years and 3 sons.
