Meet the New Orleans Chapter Leaders

Niki Wilson

Niki Wilson "The Bottleneck Buster" is an EOS Implementer and founder of Snapline Systems, partnering with entrepreneurial leadership teams to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System. She serves clients across the Gulf South and nationwide, focused on professional services, skilled trades, and other founder-led industries. Twenty-plus years ago, Niki joined a scrappy one-person SaaS startup in New Orleans as a self-taught programmer, working side-by-side with a classic Visionary. He dreamt it, she built it, and together they scaled a claims-management platform that helped homeowners rebuild after devastating losses. Her hats multiplied: programmer, operations, sales and marketing, COO and CRO. She learned to translate chaos into clarity and big personalities into aligned, healthy teams. Then came EOS. Niki helped integrate it into that company, and the Accountability Chart, Core Focus, and rhythm of L10 meetings unlocked execution the team had chased for years. That lit a fire in her. She also brings operator experience across naval architecture, shipbuilding, marine construction, and government contracting. Today, Niki is direct, fast-moving, and obsessed with helping leadership teams get the simple things right while having fun doing it. She works with teams of 10 to 250 employees, from companies still building toward what's possible to established businesses ready to break through the ceilings and bottlenecks holding them back. When she's not waxing poetic about Vision and Traction, Niki is a true ambassador to her beloved New Orleans: costuming for Mardi Gras, hunting down the next festival, and running a local scotch club where the only Rock on the agenda is the one in her glass.

Chapter Implementer

Chanttel Allen

Chanttel's gift is getting everyone on the same page — moving together, accountable to a shared vision and excited about where they're going. As the Founder of Alignment Worx, she serves as a fractional Integrator and Integrator coach for entrepreneurial businesses ready to turn big ideas into real results. After 25 years leading operations and market research at the Fortune 500 level, including a transformational run as COO where she integrated EOS and rebuilt a company's culture from the inside out, she kept seeing the same story play out: talented business owners with brilliant visions buried under the chaos of running a company. So, she built Alignment Worx to meet that opportunity head on. She is a certified Kolbe Consultant and Integrator for companies that run on EOS — someone who genuinely loves the work, the systems and the moment a team finally clicks. Warm by nature and disciplined by experience, she brings both heart and rigor to every engagement. New Orleans didn't just end up being where Chanttel lives. The city chose her as much as she chose it. You'll find her here with her husband Corey, volunteering in the deaf community, sipping wine with people she loves, dancing in her car at full volume and showing up to every local festival like it's the first one she's ever attended.
