Chapter Leaders
Meet the Middletown Chapter Leaders
Mark O'Donnell
After serving in the military, I worked as a laborer for an appliance manufacturer. I worked my way up to the senior management team and was responsible for the design, construction, procurement, startup and operation of a new appliance manufacturing facility. I then joined a large Engineering and Construction company that designed, built, and established manufacturing facilities globally. I became a part of the leadership team and successfully led several multimillion-dollar projects across the world. After 20 years of experience in the corporate world, I started a consulting business to help the smaller entrepreneurial companies really get organized, find and keep the right people, focus on building strong healthy teams, and growing their businesses. Today, I work directly with business owners and leadership teams to simplify their business, clarify their direction, strengthen their team, and build the structure needed to consistently achieve their goals. If you’re looking for practical guidance, real accountability, and measurable results, I’d love to have a conversation.
Jeremy Walter
Jeremy works as a fractional COO/Integrator, helping founder-led companies get out of the weeds and actually execute on what matters. He partners closely with leadership teams to bring structure, clarity, and accountability—making sure priorities are clear, the right people are in the right seats, and progress is measurable week to week. His style is practical and direct. He builds simple systems that teams will actually use, ties decisions back to the numbers, and isn’t afraid to push when things drift. A big part of his work today is helping companies use AI in a way that improves how they operate—not just adding tools, but creating smarter, faster, more focused teams.
