Chapter Leader
Meet the Little Rock Chapter Leaders
Chris Glover
With over 20 years as a C-level leader, I’ve learned that people aren’t just our greatest asset - they’re also our greatest source of disruption and differentiation. The best leaders don’t try to be the smartest person in the room - they multiply the strengths already there. I learned that lesson the hard way. After co-founding two startups, I eventually hit the ceiling. Growth stalled, chaos crept in, and passion alone wasn’t enough to break through. Then I discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS). With clarity, accountability, and focus, the company I helped lead, scaled 10x in three years. That experience completely reshaped how I think about leadership and culture. Today, as an EOS Implementer®, I help entrepreneurial leadership teams do the same - cut through the noise, get aligned, and build businesses that run on trust, accountability, and a shared vision. In addition to my EOS work, I currently serve as Head of the Little Rock chapter of ENRG, where we help business leaders intentionally build trusted peer and connector relationships across the local ecosystem.

I got into recruiting because I really like people. I like hearing their stories, learning what they’re about, and helping them find jobs that actually fit. Not just the stuff you see on paper, but who the person actually is. At Future State, I get to do that every day. Whether it's helping an accountant land a role they’re excited to show up for, or connecting a company with the kind of hire they didn’t think was possible, I’m all in on making those matches happen. I’m from Central Arkansas and still call it home. This place, and the people here, mean a lot to me! I care about doing right by people, showing up consistently, and being a resource they can count on. That could be if you're hiring, job searching, or just need help figuring out what’s next. When I’m not recruiting, I’m probably chasing my dog Mo around, spending time with my people, watching a Razorbacks game, or trying to hit something that resembles a good golf shot. If you’re hiring in accounting or finance, or just want someone honest to talk it through with, I would love for you to reach out. I’m always happy to help if I can!
