Meet the San Francisco Chapter Leaders
Greg Weitzman
Greg Weitzman began his career in business banking, coaching small businesses and midsize companies and helping them with their cash management and financing needs before he made the lead into entrepreneurship himself. He has been on the leadership teams for start-up ventures, and regional non-profits before co-founding his own company focused on talent optimization and management consulting. These experiences led him to discover the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS), based on the book “Traction” by Gino Wickman. After successfully running EOS at his own companies, Greg now supports other leadership teams in implementing EOS, as a Certified EOS Implementer®. He currently has clients across the west coast in a range of industries and with employee counts between 10-250. Outside of helping his clients with EOS, Greg enjoys coaching wrestling, traveling, cooking, a round of golf, scuba, and playing music. He went to school on a music scholarship, and volunteers as Stage Crew for the Monterey Jazz Festival each year. Greg serves as a Strategic Alliance Partner for the Entrepreneur’s Organization in San Francisco, and is on the Board of the Northern California Chapter of the Exit Planning Institute (EPI).
Jason Prosnitz
With over two decades of experience spanning venture-backed, early-stage technology startups across cyber-security, search, augmented reality, and other high-growth sectors, Jason Prosnitz has built companies from the ground up and navigated the operational challenges that come with scale. He has served both as an embedded executive—driving operational excellence and product development—and as an advisor and coach, supporting leaders in their growth as operators, managers, and problem-solvers. Embracing the Leader-As-Coach mindset, Jason's work focuses on connecting strategy with execution: integrating data and KPIs into decision-making processes, streamlining business systems to enhance efficiency and growth, and building intentional cultures where teams understand how their work ties directly to the company's vision, mission, and values. A Santa Clara University MBA, EOS Integrator Masterclass graduate, and credentialed International Coaching Federation coach, Jason brings both operational depth and coaching expertise to his work. He focuses on creating environments where the growth of people drives business success, which then creates even more opportunities for growth—establishing a self-sustaining cycle where everyone wins.
