Chapter Leader
Meet the Denver Chapter Leader
Adam Hill
Adam Hill is a Professional EOS Implementer and certified exit planning advisor, international keynote and TEDx speaker, bestselling author, and podcast host. As the former CEO of his family's fourth-generation, century-old business, Adam guided the company through a pivotal transformation - from chaos and near insolvency, to scaling revenues by more than 50% to nine figures and securing sustainable profitability. Drawing from over two decades of experience, Adam equips owners and entrepreneurial leaders with tools to rise above the chaos, implement operational excellence through EOS, and maximize enterprise value. Whether an owner wants to scale, sell, or transition, Adam’s expertise has proven invaluable to organizations all over the country. His unique journey also includes transforming himself from an unhealthy non-athlete into an Ironman World Championship qualifier, reinforcing his belief that with the right systems and discipline, any finish line is possible. When he's not coaching leadership teams to next-level success, he is likely spending time with his wife and kids, or "entertaining" people with terrible puns and dad jokes (watch his TEDx Talk!). Whether or not he's successful with that, you can be the judge.
Suzy Joeckel
Suzy Joeckel is an EOS Implementer® and seasoned Integrator who helps leadership teams cut through the noise and actually execute. A 4x founder and former COO, she has spent over a decade building, scaling, and turning around companies across construction, SaaS, real estate, and professional services—guiding teams to clarity, accountability, and real traction. Known for asking the questions others avoid, Suzy helps leaders get unstuck fast and build businesses that truly work. Her impact has earned recognition including the 50 Most Influential Women award and the Innovation & Entrepreneurial Award for her SaaS company. Based in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood, she lives with her husband and son and can usually be found rock climbing, biking, or planning her next adventure - because she believes a great business should create a great life.
Beth Sander
Beth Sanders is a Fractional COO and EOS Integrator for founders who have built successful companies but still find that nothing moves without them. She has helped lead growth from $3M to $30M and from $20M to $100M, where the challenge shifts from ideas to execution. Beth works with founders to choose the right priorities, establish real ownership, and ensure initiatives actually get completed without constant founder involvement. Her approach is direct and practical. She pressure-tests priorities, pushes for clear decisions, and brings structure to teams that are capable but inconsistent. The goal is not just to improve how the business runs, but to raise the standard of execution across the company. Beth primarily works with professional services and software companies. She partners closely with founders and leadership teams to align expectations, drive accountability, and build a business that performs at a higher level without relying on the founder to hold everything together.
Tiffany Keegan
Tiffany Keegan an Integrator and operations leader who helps growth-minded founders create clarity, structure, and traction. She specializes in installing systems, building accountability, and turning strategic vision into consistent, measurable results. Her approach centers on sustainable systems, leadership alignment, and simplifying complexity so teams can perform at their best. She's known for developing connected, high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and creating the operational clarity that allows Visionaries to stay in their zone of genius. With experience leading teams across remote, hybrid, and on-site environments, Tiffany implemented ERPs, built scalable processes and SOPs, and guided companies through rapid growth with a steady focus on ROI. She's an EOS Integrator Masterclass graduate, a certified Trainual expert, and a SmartTribes Leadership alum, all of which strengthen both my strategic and people-focused leadership. Outside of work, Tiffany lives in Denver with her husband and our two energetic Australian Shepherds. They are outdoor enthusiasts, avid board-game hosts with a 400-plus-game collection, and she loves anything involving gardening, Pilates, and early mornings with a good cup of coffee and her Kindle.
