Joshua Adams
Joshua Adams has been an entrepreneur since age 8, launching multiple ventures before starting a web design agency out of his parents’ garage at 18. After becoming a partner in a full-service agency in his early 20s, he founded Rock Paper Simple at 25, growing it rapidly through acquisitions. As the business scaled, so did the complexity; people, clients, cash flow, and systems challenges mounted. After being introduced to Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), he experienced a transformative shift, ultimately stepping out of operations and fully into the Visionary role. That clarity led him to sell his agency and become an EOS Implementer, helping leadership teams gain vision, traction, and build businesses they truly enjoy running.
Jennifer Pokorny
Jennifer Pokorny began her career in creative direction before discovering her true strength in operations, structure, and team development. As Integrator at Rock Paper Simple, she helped lead the company through its initial EOS implementation, building alignment and accountability across the organization. Through that experience, she found her passion for turning vision into clear, actionable systems. Today, she is co-founder of Greater Purpose Consulting, serving as a fractional Integrator and operations leader. She helps EOS-run companies gain traction, develop leadership teams, and create the structure needed for sustainable growth; bringing both clarity and heart to every team she serves.
