Jacqueline Jensen
Jacqueline grew up in an entrepreneurial family where conversations often revolved around goals, growth, and the next big idea. After college, she joined the family business and, like many leaders, found herself wearing too many hats and working around the clock trying to keep everyone and everything moving forward. When she discovered Traction and began implementing EOS®, everything changed. For the first time, they had clarity. The team was aligned, culture thrived, and profits more than doubled. Most importantly, she found peace in knowing the business was no longer resting entirely on her shoulders. Today, as a Professional EOS Implementer®, she helps other business owners experience that same transformation – creating structure, building healthy leadership teams, and freeing them to focus on what matters most: their people, their purpose, and the life they’re building beyond the business.
Ashley May
Ashley's mission is to encourage and equip people. She loves all the details of organizations and making them work together with awesome people. She leads the EOS initiatives at Logic Speak, as well as facilitates the day-to-day behind the scenes of the team. She is a 1 on the Enneagram and an ISTJ on Myers Briggs which basically means that she likes to check things off lists and get things done well. As the Chief of Staff of Logic Speak, she is responsible for the execution of the company vision. The focus of that can look different on any given day; however, she works with the team to make a positive impact on each other, their clients and their community. The specifics include oversight of client experience, sales, marketing, HR, finance, leadership, administration, and special projects. When she’s not serving Logic Speak, she’s loving her family and friends. Some of her favorite things include books, coffee and wine.
