Rob Taylor is an Expert EOS Implementer® with a passion for helping owners get what they want from their business. As the founder of Schultz Consulting Group and creator of Fractional Force, she provides operational leadership, and real-world Integrator & Executive coaching to business owners who want to scale without losing their sanity. Shellie has spent more than two decades leading high-growth organizations from start-ups to national enterprises where she built systems, teams, and cultures that stick. Whether she’s rolling up her sleeves and helping owners optimize their business, guiding an overwhelmed Integrator, diagnosing operational gaps, or aligning a leadership team during a planning retreat, Shellie is the steady hand that turns vision into forward motion. She is also a co-leader of ENRG chapters, bringing business owners and leaders together to work through real issues, challenge assumptions, and grow through community.
