Malcolm Brignac
After graduating in Engineering, Malcolm went to work learning the copier, fax and printer business. He became President at age 25, the owner at age 35, and sold the business and retired at age 45. He then became a Vistage Chair facilitating and coaching 100’s of CEO’s in non-competing businesses for 9 years. Since 2019 he has been helping CEO’s get more of what they want out of their businesses as a Certified Implementer for EOS Worldwide. He is also a certified Personal and Business Coach.

Hunter Territo
A Baton Rouge native, Hunter began his career at Xdesign, Inc. as an unpaid intern in 2007 and never looked back. Over the last two decades, Hunter has served in every role at the agency, from designer to project manager to Creative Director in 2013, and then to President in 2017, before now serving as the owner of Xdesign.
With a background in branding and a passion for business and strategy, he has partnered with brands across South Louisiana to create work that produces results for clients while building deep friendships in the process.
He’s passionate about mentoring the next generation of creatives and helped refresh its digital media curriculum while supporting students as they prepare for careers in the industry.
Outside the office, you will find Hunter and his wife, Ashley, trying to keep up with their two young children, cheering on the Tigers, cooking a great meal as a family, or planning epic trips around restaurants, bars, and Major League Ballparks.
