Q: What happens at ENRG Chapter Meetings?

ENRG Chapters meet monthly, same time and same place.We run on EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), and our meetings are modeled after a format called L10™, short for Level 10 Meeting®. The name says it all: we’re aiming for a 90-minute meeting that’s so productive, focused, and valuable, everyone in the room rates it a 10 out of 10.Here’s how we structure that 90 minutes: Before the meeting: Arrive early to connect with people and check in before the meeting gets started. Check-in: Meeting begins, intros and ice breaker. Content: A 20-minute teaching segment on a relevant tool, framework, or topic, facilitated by a chapter leader or an ENRG Expert Partner. IDS® (Identify, Discuss, Solve): IDS is a simple, structured approach to solving business problems as part of the EOS® system. It’s the core of ENRG chapter meetings – members can raise any issue they’re facing, and the group will work together to identify the root cause, share experiences, and uncover real solutions. Conclusion: We close by asking members to rate the meeting on a scale of 1–10. This helps keep us honest about whether we delivered what we promised. If you can, we highly encourage you to arrive early and stick around after the meeting ends to connect with someone new and build community.

Jeremy Lopatin

Jeremy Lopatin is a Professional EOS Implementer® who helps entrepreneurial businesses get aligned, accountable, and healthy. Born and raised in Ann Arbor, MI, Jeremy is deeply devoted to the success of the region and its businesses. He helps owners and their teams replace drama and firefighting with clarity and consistency - so the business runs better and the lives of everyone involved are improved.
Jeremy has founded and grown two successful businesses: an online retail business which continues to thrive under the leadership of his wife and co-founder, and a digital marketing agency which he successfully sold in 2022 - thanks to a great team and EOS. He brings unique fluency with family business dynamics, and deep compassion for the long hours, financial risk, and decision fatigue that many business owners experience. After years helping his clients grow through marketing, Jeremy discovered that most barriers to growth aren’t related to marketing at all - they’re problems of organizational clarity and accountability. His core belief is that clarity is one of the kindest gifts a leader can give - and EOS is the best way to create it.

Mike Ehinger

Mike Ehinger is a professional Integrator serving companies running on EOS®. With more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Mike has built multiple businesses from the ground up and has operated in both the Visionary and Integrator seats. This dual perspective allows him to deeply understand the unique pressures owners face — the excitement, the chaos, the responsibility, and the desire for something better. Mike’s purpose is simple: to partner with Visionary owners and help them experience the clarity, growth, and freedom they originally hoped for when they started their business. He brings a calm, grounded approach to leadership, a passion for operational excellence, and a genuine love for helping teams win together.
Today, Mike serves as a fractional Integrator for multiple EOS-run companies, helping leaders get aligned, build healthier teams, drive consistent results, and scale with confidence.

Membership Eligibility

Who can attend ENRG Chapter meetings?

ENRG is intentionally built around four seats, each with an essential role. If you don’t fit one of these four seats, ENRG chapter meetings aren’t the right room for you.

ENTREPRENEURS

ENRG is for entrepreneurs at every stage of the journey – whether you’re a solo operation or running a business of 250 employees, you belong here.

To be clear: If your business is running on EOS, this is the Visionary seat. But if you’d never even heard of EOS until five minutes ago, that’s great, too! If your role sits at the top of the org chart and you’re ready to get unstuck, you belong here. Period.

2ND-IN-COMMAND LEADERS

If you’re an Integrator – the person who takes the Entrepreneur’s vision and turns it into an organization that actually runs day to day — you belong here.

To be clear: If your company isn’t running on EOS, your title might be COO, President, or something else entirely, but the rule is the same: you sit directly below the top seat, and the leadership team reports to you. Fractional Integrators are welcome too.

EOS IMPLEMENTERS®

As a licensed EOS Implementer, your experience guiding small-to-medium businesses through EOS® implementation gives you pattern recognition no single business can build on its own. At ENRG, that experience isn’t just for teaching EOS®. It’s for guiding Entrepreneurs and their 2nd-in-Command Leaders toward what they actually need, wherever they are in the journey.

To be clear: Every ENRG chapter is co-led by an EOS Implementer, but you don’t have to be a chapter leader to join. All licensed EOS Implementers can (and should!) be part of a local ENRG chapter.

ENRG™ EXPERT PARTNERS

If you’re part of an organization that’s gone through ENRG’s rigorous values-fit process and been approved as a paid partner, you’re encouraged to attend ENRG chapter meetings and bring your perspective and expertise to the room.

To be clear: Chapter meetings are not open to subject matter experts who don’t have a formal partnership with ENRG. If you haven’t been approved as an ENRG Expert Partner, and you don’t fit one of the other three descriptions above, chapter meetings aren’t for you. [Want to become an Expert Partner? Why is it called ENRG (and how do you pronounce that?)

ENRG stands for “Entrepreneurial Networking Resource Group.” It’s pronounced “energy” because that’s exactly what it’s meant to create. Every chapter meeting, connection, and conversation is designed to leave members more energized to go run their business than when they walked in.
