Nathan Beene

In 2016, after eight years running his landscaping and construction company, Nathan Beene discovered Traction and worked with a professional EOS Implementer—an experience that transformed his business and life. Within two years, he turned losses into growth, built a strong team, and regained freedom as an entrepreneur. Inspired by that transformation, he became a Professional EOS Implementer to help other business owners achieve the same results. Having lived the challenges of entrepreneurship firsthand, he now guides leaders through the EOS Process® to gain clarity, build healthier teams, and get what they want from their businesses.
