Joe Stewart
Joe has had an entrepreneurial spirit since his youth and took his first leap into business in his 20’s when he helped his parents open a mental health treatment facility. He built and managed operations for 5 years and then went out on his own.
His second business was a print shop and this is where his EOS journey began. After 5 years he had hit a ceiling, had people issues, wearing all the hats and were honestly just feeling burned out after several years of working 6-7 days per week.
He started implementing EOS and within a year he had broken through the ceiling and were able to really find a groove. Over the next three years we grew our revenue by 2.5x, created a truly turnkey company, and executed a successful sale of the business.

She also mentors full-time Integrators with “Integrator DNA” through small, peer-supported coaching groups (4-6 people), helping them sharpen EOS skills and transform into exceptional leaders.
Outside of work, she is a car enthusiast, working on and driving them with the precision and passion she brings to business. She also loves bicycling, traveling, volunteering, and hosting memorable experiences for guests.
