Q: What happens at ENRG Chapter Meetings?

ENRG Chapters meet monthly, same time and same place.We run on EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), and our meetings are modeled after a format called L10™, short for Level 10 Meeting®. The name says it all: we’re aiming for a 90-minute meeting that’s so productive, focused, and valuable, everyone in the room rates it a 10 out of 10.Here’s how we structure that 90 minutes: Before the meeting: Arrive early to connect with people and check in before the meeting gets started. Check-in: Meeting begins, intros and ice breaker. Content: A 20-minute teaching segment on a relevant tool, framework, or topic, facilitated by a chapter leader or an ENRG Expert Partner. IDS® (Identify, Discuss, Solve): IDS is a simple, structured approach to solving business problems as part of the EOS® system. It’s the core of ENRG chapter meetings – members can raise any issue they’re facing, and the group will work together to identify the root cause, share experiences, and uncover real solutions. Conclusion: We close by asking members to rate the meeting on a scale of 1–10. This helps keep us honest about whether we delivered what we promised. If you can, we highly encourage you to arrive early and stick around after the meeting ends to connect with someone new and build community.

Steven Andres

My journey in the retail industry began at the age of 17 in my family's business. While putting myself through college by selling cell phones, I returned to our family company, immersing myself in the joys and challenges of growing a business over the next 20 years. Our company rapidly expanded from 3 to 7 locations, but with that growth came significant challenges. We faced cash flow issues, low profitability, and high employee and operational problems. Fortunately, we discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Through perseverance, teamwork, and dedication, I helped guide our company back to health and profitability. As the Integrator, I led our expansion to 10 locations and 40 employees, culminating in the successful sale of our wireless operations in 2021. Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer®, I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams excel in three critical areas: • Vision: Aligning everyone in your organization with a shared vision and a clear plan to achieve it. • Traction: Instilling focus, discipline, and accountability throughout your company to ensure daily execution of your vision. • Healthy: Developing a more cohesive, functional, and fun-loving leadership team. I help founder-led and growth-stage companies strengthen execution, accountability, and operating discipline. As businesses grow, the real strain usually stops looking like a strategy problem and starts looking like an operating problem. Priorities are clear, but follow-through is uneven. Accountability gets soft. The leadership team is busy, but not always aligned. The CEO ends up carrying too much of the business. That is where I help. I work as a Fractional Executive / Fractional COO for companies that need a stronger operating partner to help turn direction into execution. My focus is on bringing structure, clarity, and leadership discipline to businesses that have outgrown informal ways of operating. My background is rooted in leadership, operations, and execution across technology and professional services environments. I help leadership teams align around priorities, clarify ownership, improve follow-through, and build the operating discipline needed to scale with less friction. I also bring deep EOS experience and use it as a practical framework to strengthen leadership alignment, accountability, and execution. Membership Eligibility

Who can attend ENRG Chapter meetings?

ENRG is intentionally built around four seats, each with an essential role. If you don’t fit one of these four seats, ENRG chapter meetings aren’t the right room for you.

ENTREPRENEURS

ENRG is for entrepreneurs at every stage of the journey – whether you’re a solo operation or running a business of 250 employees, you belong here.

To be clear: If your business is running on EOS, this is the Visionary seat. But if you’d never even heard of EOS until five minutes ago, that’s great, too! If your role sits at the top of the org chart and you’re ready to get unstuck, you belong here. Period.

2ND-IN-COMMAND LEADERS

If you’re an Integrator – the person who takes the Entrepreneur’s vision and turns it into an organization that actually runs day to day — you belong here.

To be clear: If your company isn’t running on EOS, your title might be COO, President, or something else entirely, but the rule is the same: you sit directly below the top seat, and the leadership team reports to you. Fractional Integrators are welcome too.

EOS IMPLEMENTERS®

As a licensed EOS Implementer, your experience guiding small-to-medium businesses through EOS® implementation gives you pattern recognition no single business can build on its own. At ENRG, that experience isn’t just for teaching EOS®. It’s for guiding Entrepreneurs and their 2nd-in-Command Leaders toward what they actually need, wherever they are in the journey.

To be clear: Every ENRG chapter is co-led by an EOS Implementer, but you don’t have to be a chapter leader to join. All licensed EOS Implementers can (and should!) be part of a local ENRG chapter.

ENRG™ EXPERT PARTNERS

If you’re part of an organization that’s gone through ENRG’s rigorous values-fit process and been approved as a paid partner, you’re encouraged to attend ENRG chapter meetings and bring your perspective and expertise to the room.

To be clear: Chapter meetings are not open to subject matter experts who don’t have a formal partnership with ENRG. ENRG stands for “Entrepreneurial Networking Resource Group.” It’s pronounced “energy” because that’s exactly what it’s meant to create. Every chapter meeting, connection, and conversation is designed to leave members more energized to go run their business than when they walked in.
