Marcianne Gagliardi
Marcianne Gagliardi serves as a Fractional Integrator for companies running on EOS®, helping leadership teams execute with clarity, discipline, and accountability. Through her firm, Momentum Strategy Advisors, she guides organizations through operational structure, people development, and meeting cadence so EOS becomes a living, breathing system, not just a toolkit.
