Rich McLaughlin

Rich helps clients (entrepreneurial-minded leadership teams) double the value of their business by performing at their highest level to achieve consistently great results. As a result, they gain control of their business, reduce stress and frustration, exponentially increase revenue and profit, resolve their people issues, and get everything they want from their business.

He works with growth-oriented, open-minded business leaders who are ready to take control of their business, reduce stress, and build high-performing organizations. His clients are typically entrepreneurs and leadership teams in companies of 10-200 people facing challenges with execution and alignment or business leaders looking to double and/or transition their business in the next 5-10 years.

Gena Graziano

Gena brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, small business operations, and organizational leadership. An Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and New Jersey State Notary Public, she is known for her meticulous organization, strategic thinking, and commitment to exceptional client service.

As Chief of Staff, Onboarding Specialist, and Integrator at First Steps Financial, Gena combines financial expertise with operational excellence to support the firm’s growth and ensure a smooth, consistent client experience. She has been serving as Integrator for the past three years—after performing in the role for several years before it became official—and leads the firm’s weekly L10 meetings, as well as quarterly and annual planning sessions. She is recognized for running efficient, well-structured meetings, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring every voice is heard.

Gena’s ability to connect strategic vision with day-to-day execution makes her a key driver of organizational clarity and client success.
