Jackie Kibler

Jackie believes in the power of entrepreneurs. As a first-generation American coming from a family of successful entrepreneurs, she prides herself on empowering business leaders to overcome their toughest challenges and reach their goals.

She serves as an accountability partner and trusted advisor to clients by creating alignment and fast-tracking progress within their organizations using EOS®. Her strategic mindset and direct, hands-on approach allow companies to get where they want to be faster and easier, resulting in unprecedented success and growth. Driven by her passion for supporting business leaders and their teams, She is not only committed to making the process seamless and effective but also fun!

Her wealth of knowledge with industrial distribution, manufacturing and construction allows her to work with CEOs and leadership teams creating alignment and fast-tracking progress. Lynsey Petersen

Lynsey is a fractional integrator who helps people and organizations solve problems and make their ideal lives a reality by working to leverage the Entrepreneurial Operating System®. By coaching leaders to grow their skills, she builds connections, creates strong and adaptable teams, and effectively manages the challenges associated with change. Her work as an Integrator is fueled by her passion for teaching and mentoring other leaders. Lynsey has worked as a classroom teacher, project director, operations leader, and full-time integrator of a fully-remote entrepreneurial organization. She now guides multiple organizations as a fractional integrator with Catalyst Integrators.

Lynsey loves working with teams and business owners to focus energy on what truly matters for the long-term success of the business, while fueling the excitement that makes them look forward to work every day.
