Kimberly Humphreys Dyer is a Certified EOS Implementer®, Kolbe Certified™ Consultant, and Six Working Genius Consultant who helps entrepreneurial leadership teams gain clarity, accountability, and traction. With more than 20 years of experience across family-owned manufacturers, professional services, private equity, and non-profits - including leadership roles in technology, M&A, and go-to-market strategy at a Fortune 500 company - she now works with CultureShoc, a firm dedicated to building aligned, disciplined, healthy leadership teams. Kimberly brings practical tools and a grounded approach to help teams ready to grow, change, and finally get what they want from their business.
