Gavin Brauer
Gavin works with kind, ambitious, and courageous leaders who use their business as a force for good.
As a Certified EOS Implementer®, Gavin uses a simple, complete, and proven system to help you increase profit and make a bigger positive impact. You crystallize your vision, drive focused accountability throughout your organization, and work as a cohesive and healthy team.
In addition to his EOS practice, Gavin is a cycling industry entrepreneur as the Visionary and Founder of KindHuman Bicycles, which he started in 2013 with two friends. He runs his own business on EOS and uses the same tools that he helps his clients implement.
Rick Duncan
Rick works with Leadership Teams to manage the day-to-day functions of the Entrepreneurial Operating System. He is primarily a process consultant, ensuring the company follows elements of the EOS implementation.
This includes running meetings, managing issues, and holding teams accountable for achieving the business plan.
He also serves as a strategic advisor to the business owner, helping them run the business more effectively.
His aim is to deliver on the promises of EOS: Transparency, Accountability, and Team Health. To build a business to run on data, to ensure people know what they are to accomplish, and have the resources achieve that, and to create an environment where people are proud to work, and their role in creating success.
