Seth Pennington
Seth Pennington a Professional EOS Implementer® who helps stuck businesses get unstuck. He and his wife Amy and launched a supply business in 2007, right before the Great Recession. EOS® gave them the clarity and structure they needed to survive, grow, and eventually sell the company.
Since then, he has served as an Integrator in multiple organizations, seeing firsthand how powerful EOS can be—and how costly it is when leaders resist it. That experience pushed him to become a full-time Implementer. He has lived the chaos, and knows what’s possible on the other side.
Today, he works with leaders who’ve hit a ceiling or have a big vision but no clear path. He helps teams gain focus, strengthen accountability, and build traction so EOS becomes the way they run their business.
Jessica Lord
Jessica Lord is the CEO of Heine Brothers' Coffee, bringing leadership and vision to every cup. Raised and educated in Ohio, she attended Ohio Dominican University, Jessica leads with a commitment to community, quality, and growth.
In her role, she combines her passion for coffee with strong business acumen guiding the team and the brand toward continued success.
