Seth Pennington

Seth Pennington a Professional EOS Implementer® who helps stuck businesses get unstuck. He and his wife Amy and launched a supply business in 2007, right before the Great Recession. EOS® gave them the clarity and structure they needed to survive, grow, and eventually sell the company.

Since then, he has served as an Integrator in multiple organizations, seeing firsthand how powerful EOS can be—and how costly it is when leaders resist it. That experience pushed him to become a full-time Implementer. He has lived the chaos, and knows what’s possible on the other side.

Today, he works with leaders who’ve hit a ceiling or have a big vision but no clear path. He helps teams gain focus, strengthen accountability, and build traction so EOS becomes the way they run their business.

Marshall Fall

Marshall Fall Jr. is the Marketing Director at Advanced Business Solutions, where he has helped grow the company’s brand and market presence through leadership, relationship-building, and strategic growth initiatives. His background includes experience with global brands like Reebok, startup growth, and sales leadership across a variety of industries. More than six years ago, Marshall founded an EOS® user group in Louisville that has grown into a thriving community of business owners and leaders focused on collaboration, accountability, and business growth. Having seen firsthand how EOS® has completely changed the trajectory of many company, he’s passionate about the clarity, alignment, and momentum it brings to leadership teams and entire organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering with special needs ministries, playing guitar and singing, sharing dad jokes, and finding ways to genuinely help others. Marshall is a graduate of Appalachian State University.
