Conner Pinson

Conner Pinson grew up in his father's business, gaining firsthand experience with both the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. Those early lessons, along with leading the EOS team at Titus Talent and becoming a Professional EOS Implementer in 2024, shaped his passion for helping leaders navigate growth and people issues. Today, he's grateful to bring EOS to entrepreneurs and leadership teams, helping them gain clarity, traction, and everything they want from their businesses.

Nathaniel Cooper is a transformative leader and seasoned Integrator with over eight years of experience in the Integrator seat for organizations running on EOS, including ProMAX Systems, Premier Design Build, Education DNA, and MDC Homes. Nathaniel has deep experience in both tech and construction, with a career that reflects a consistent ability to guide organizations through turnarounds, scale-ups, and operational excellence with clarity and impact.
