Born on the near South Side of Chicago in the late '70s, I grew up where grit met grace. My earliest education wasn't in a boardroom — it was watching my family work with what we had, in a city where no move went unnoticed and no promise went untested. That foundation taught me to listen before I fix, observe before I lead, and cut through chaos with systems that speak louder than slogans. Today, I serve founders and small-to-mid-sized businesses as a strategic operator — building structure where there's been sprinting, and clarity where complexity has crept in. As the founder of Providence Consulting Group, I work side by side with business owners to scale what's working, systematize what's not, and help the people behind the business breathe again.
