Chapter Leader

Meet the Houston Chapter Leader

Lesa Skipper

Lesa Skipper brings uncommon clarity, contagious energy, and a powerful blend of real-world leadership experience to every room she enters. With a 30-year career spanning government, the death care industry, and tax and accounting, Lesa is no stranger to organizing chaos and leading transformative growth. From reviving a struggling cemetery office to scaling a family-owned tax firm that now delivers over 3,000 tax returns annually, she has been in the trenches—and she brings that hard-won wisdom to every EOS session she leads. Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer™, Lesa is on a mission to help leadership teams grow and thrive. What makes her especially relatable: she's been on both sides of the EOS journey—first as a client, and now as a coach. She knows the power of EOS from the inside out.

Throughout his career, Erick has partnered with founders, CEOs, and executive teams across the U.S. and Latin America to solve operational bottlenecks, elevate leadership capability, and guide organizations through high-growth phases, integrations, and complex transformations.
