Gord helps entrepreneurial leadership teams get clear, aligned, and moving using EOS®.

He is a two-time CEO with several successful exits and 30 years of experience across tech, SaaS, services, and global growth. His background spans startups, a publicly traded company, and multinational organizations including Nokia.

He works with leadership teams to create clarity, accountability, and healthy alignment, especially when conversations get tough. His approach is calm, practical, and focused on execution over theory.
