Chapter Leader

Meet the Leesburg Chapter Leader

Ted Williamson

Growing up in an entrepreneurial household, I learned early the power—and the cost—of running a business. Watching my father work endless hours shaped my belief that success shouldn’t come at the expense of life. My service in the U.S. Merchant Marine instilled discipline and accountability, values I’ve carried into nearly 30 years of working with entrepreneurial business owners and leadership teams. Throughout my career, I’ve seen even strong leaders get stuck without the right tools and systems. In 2016, I saw the life-changing impact of EOS firsthand in my wife’s business. EOS helped transform long, exhausting weeks into sustainable growth, consistent profitability, and a healthier, more balanced life. Today, my passion is helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams gain clarity, traction, and freedom—so they can build great businesses and better lives.
